The super hit Tamil film Sivaji: The Boss, completed 14 years of release on June 15. The film starred Rajinikanth and Shriya Saran. On the special occasion, Shriya took to social media and shared a poster of the film and thanked the team of the film for their exceptional work.

Shriya, who played the female lead in the film, took to her Instagram handle to recall the memories of the film. Sharing the poster of the film, she wrote, “This will always be my most cherished memory. Wish to do many more. Thank you @shanmughamshankar for believing in me. Will always be grateful to you. You are par excellence. Superstar Rajnikanth sir for this wonderful film. For being so humble and simple yet being such a big, miss your sense of humor. You are the most hard-working actor I know.”

About the film

Sivaji: The Boss was released in 2007. The action film also starred Vivek, Suman, Manivannan, and Raghuvaran. The film was directed by S. Shankar and was bankrolled by AVM productions. It was the Indian film to use Dolby Atmos sound technology. Later, the film was converted into 3D in 2012 and was released across theatres.
