A highly praised film ‘Rock On!!’ clocked 13 years of its release on the silver screen. Arjun Rampal, Farhan Akhtar, Abhishek, Luke Kenny, and others took to their Instagram handles to mark the special day.
The film also featured actors Arjun Rampal, Farhan Akhtar, Prachi Desai, Luke Kenny, Purab Kohli, and Shahana Goswami. Some popular songs of the movie including the title track ‘Rock On!!’ and ‘Pichle Saat Dinon Mein’, ‘Tum Ho Toh’, were all sung by Farhan.
Arjun Rampal penned a heartfelt note on Instagram to celebrate the milestone. The actor wrote, “13 saal ho gaye, yadein aaj bhi bilkul ताज़ी hain. A film that changed so many lives, including mine, and touched millions of hearts. Adi, KD aur Rob loved the Magik. Farhan Akhtar took to Instagram stories and shared a graphic image in which the cast members can be seen along with musical instruments. The text on the picture read, “Celebrating 13 years of Rock On!!”
Abhishek shared a string of images on Instagram from various scenes of the film. “Hum honge lights hongi, ek huge audience hogi.. aur hogi music, jiske har beat mein, har note mein zindagi hogi, “he captioned the pictures with a popular dialogue from the film.
Luke Kenny, on the other hand, also shared a heartfelt post on his Instagram space, expressing gratitude for all the love and affection for the film. Sharing a photo from the film, the actor wrote in the caption, “13 years of #RockOn!! The rock n roll continues. Thank you for all the Magikal love and affection.”

and was bankrolled by Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment. Its sequel ‘Rock On 2’ was released in 2016, however, the movie received a lukewarm response from the audience.
