In case you are not aware of this band, there’s a South Korean K-pop group taking the music world to the next level. Formed by YG Entertainment, Blackpink is all about the mixed genres of music. The group has four main members Jisoo, Jennie, Rose and Lisa. The girls are not only famous for their music, but also for their amazing fashion styles.
Jisoo
One of the four members, Jisoo’s real name is Kim Ji-soo. The singer made her debut in 2016 with Blackpink. The singer and actress can speak both Japanese and Chinese. Jisoo majorly made headlines for her brand endorsements like Kiss Me and Dior Beauty.
Jennie
Jennie’s real name is Jennie Kim. She is a singer as well as rapper. Before coming back to South Korea, the singer studied in New Zealand for five years when she was young. In 2019, the rapper was named the first Korean vocalist to perform at Coachella. Jennie is a brand ambassador for a fashion brand named Chanel and has done campaigns for Adidas Originals, Hera, CK and Samsung.
Rose
Roseanne Park, better known as Rose is a main vocalist of the band. The 23-year old singer was born in New Zealand and grew up in Australia. Recently, Rose has been named a global ambassador for Yves Saint Laurent.
Lisa
Born in Pranpriya Manoban, Lisa is the most followed band member on Instagram. The rapper and a very good dancer can speak Thai, English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. Moonshot, AIS Thailand, Samsung and Adidas are some of the main brands from her campaign list. She is a brand ambassador for Bulgari and MAC.
