According to the newest update in the Narcotics Control Bureau’s ongoing investigation into the Mumbai cruise drug bust case, the accused arrested’s mobile phones had numbers from Hollywood and Bollywood.
According to reports, one of the accused’s phones had the numbers written in a coded fashion. According to the conversations, Hollywood actors were also promised drug deliveries from abroad. According to the conversations of one of the detained suspects, numerous Bollywood celebrities and their families were also given significant quantities of narcotics.
It was also alleged that one of the accused, Arbaaz Merchant, had shared some narcotics with Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, who was also on the cruise ship at the time of the drug bust and was detained by police. Both of them are being held in judicial custody in the Arthur Road jail, along with the other suspects apprehended.
Aboard October 2, the NCB busted an alleged narcotics party on the Cordelia Cruise ship, which was mid-sea on its route to Goa. So far, 19 persons have been detained in the case, including a Nigerian national.
Shah Rukh Khan’s chauffeur was also summoned for interrogation on Saturday, October 9.
