The most recent addition to this list is a sequence from Thapki Pyar Ki 2 starring Jigyasa Singh and Akash Ahuja. Colors TV recently aired a marketing video containing the scenario on social media, and it soon went viral. The Internet can’t quit giggling at how the sindoor landed on the lead actress’s forehead, defying the rules of physics and motion.
After getting out of the shower, Thapki (played by Jigyasa Singh) is preparing to apply sindoor or vemillion. When her husband Purab, portrayed by Akash Ahuja, slips on a small bit of water on the floor, she is seen standing motionless in front of the mirror. He manages to span a few feet between himself and his wife by flailing his arms about violently, taking a pinch of sindoor in his palm and applying it on Thapki’s forehead. His motions defied all logic and gravitational principles, as onlookers quickly saw.
The sindoor scenario has gone popular on social media after it was uploaded on Friday. On Facebook alone, it has had over 1.9 million views, with many more on other networks such as Instagram and Twitter. People called the moment “absolute rubbish” and “the dumbest thing ever” in the comments section.
