Elaine spotted a man wearing a black coat and sweatshirt walking past with a shopping cart full of groceries. She told a Walmart staffer of the man’s presence and was assured that security would be notified. Another man can be seen questioning the shoplifter, “Are you going to pay for that?” in a video shared on social media.
