The wait is almost over and Pathaan is all set to hit the theatres on January 25th. SRK and Deepika Padukone’s fans world over can’t keep their calm.
A tweet by Bar & Bench said, “The court directed the producers to submit the close-captioning, subtitles and audio description to CBFC for the movie’s OTT release by February 20. The CBFC will take a decision on the same by March 10. The movie is set to release on Prime Video on April 25.”
This movie sees Shah Rukh Khan’s return to the screen after a long break. His last film was with Katrina Kaif, which did not do well at the box office.
The movie will coincide with the festivities commemorating the Republic Day weekend. Producers are hoping for a weekend bonanza. In the movie, a RAW field official named Pathaan, is given the task to dismantle a terrorist organization known as “Outfit X”, which is gearing up to make a large assault in India.
The movie is directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films. The movie has been shot in Afghanistan, UAE, Turkey, Russia, Italy, France and India.
We are all waiting for this action packed thriller.
