The official Hindi remake of S.S Rajamouli’s 2005 Telugu blockbuster Chatrapathi, which marks the Bollywood debut of Sreenivas Bellamkonda, is all set for a pan India release on 12th May.
Bellamkonda said, “I am happy to make my Bollywood debut with a special film like Chatrapathi, which is a thrilling and engaging mass action entertainer. Every moment working on this film was as exciting as it was challenging and we are happy to present it to audiences across India.”
The movie promises to be a full-fledged action thriller. Written by Vijayendra Prasad and directed by VV Vinayak, a poster has been released where the actor is seen flexing his muscles while standing in a river, holding an urn.

The movie is a story of a man who rises against oppression to become the saviour of immigrants subjected to massive exploitation. Be ready for some high-octane action and jaw-dropping stunts.
