In 2013, Gulshan Devaiah, worked with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in the movie Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ramleela. The movie marked the first onscreen collaboration of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh.
When quizzed about working with Sanjay sir, Gulshan replies, “If you do not have patience, aapka dimag pak jaega. He takes his work very seriously and is very dedicated to his work. He expects complete dedication and submission from others as well, but it is impossible for most.”
Adding to it, “That hampers the balance. People are afraid of him. I gathered the courage to talk to him and would often sit with him in front of the monitor to watch his style of work. People are scared of him, so they do not enjoy working with him. I would often talk to him fearlessly, and he liked this aspect of mine.”
Where work is concerned, Gulshan has received laurels for his work in ‘Dahaad.’ The series revolves around mysterious murders in a small town of Rajasthan. He will soon be seen in ‘Guns & Gulaabs’ along with Rajkumar Rao, TJ Bhanu, Adarsh Gourav and Dulquer Salmaan.
