Sharmin Segal has been really trolled and this has gone far and beyond. Sonakshi Sinha roasted her Heeramandi co-star Sharmin Segal in a Netflix ‘mushaira roast’, hosted by Munawar Faruqui.
Actress Sharmin Segal, who is Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s niece has been facing tons of flak for her poor performance. A clip of Sonakshi Sinha has been doing the rounds, that reveal that she often came to the sets unprepared.
Sonakshi goes on to say, “Sharmin wanted to wrap the set early every day. She used to sleep early at night as she had to go to school the next day. The number of Gen Z words Sharmin memorises in a day, I wish she would also learn her dialogues the same way before coming to the sets.”
Shermin, the niece of Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been majorely criticized for her tone-deaf performance in the show. Her performance has been criticized so much by people on social media that she has disabled her comments section on Instagram. The trolls are taking a toll on her mental health.
Sharmin then goes on to roast Sonakshi for being jaali based on her character’s moves in the series.
