On International Yoga Day, actress Parul Yadav opens up on what makes her an inspiration in the fitness space

For someone of Parul Yadav’s excellence and calibre, fitness has always been a top priority. The actress has always managed to push herself beyond usual limits to achieve great things in life and no wonder, her prolific and stupendous career speaks for itself. After a monumental career down South with movies like Killing Veerappan, Shivajinagara, Uppi 2, Bachchan, and many more, Parul Yadav who’s pretty much a household name in terms of fame and popularity is all set to expand her wings and achieve new milestones in B-town.

It is a part of my daily routine and just like I don’t forget to sleep or eat daily, I don’t miss my fitness training and Yoga is an important part of that. I have been practicing Yoga for more than 10 years and the health benefits are in plenty. Not only it keeps you in good shape but it also opens up your mind in ways beyond your imagination. You are able to take better and more calculative decisions because your mind is in the right place and that makes an impact in your professional life as well. It keeps your happy hormones sorted and most importantly, it improves your breathing ability that helps your heart and lungs.
