Bollywood actress and Politician Jaya Bachchan is celebrating her 73rd birthday today (April 9), her superstar husband Amitabh Bachchan and actor son Abhishek Bachchan dugs out a throwback monochrome picture and wished her on her special day on social media.
Amitabh Bachchan took to twitter to wish her wife on birthday. In the picture shared by Big-B, the iconic couple can be seen laughing their hearts out. He wrote, “T-3868- ‘apintment’ barkarar, raha dhuadhar, teen baar dekh chuke, aaj raat chauthi baar. Bhaiyu.” He calls his son, Abhishek ‘Bhaiyu’.
Meanwhile, Abhishek Bachchan took to his Instagram handle to wish his mom on her birthday. He shared a beautiful throwback picture of her with her signature at the bottom that read ‘Jaya Bhaduri’ and simply wrote, “Happy birthday Maa, Love you.”
To this post of Abhishek’s, people from the film fraternity showered their love and wished the actress on her birthday. Fans also wished Jaya in the comments sections and sent her their wishes and love.
Jaya Bachchan’s grand-daughter, Navya Naveli Nanda also shared two throwback pictures of the senior actress on her Instagram account and wrote, “Nani I love you. Happy Birthday.”
Jaya Bachchan is away from the big screen for a long time. She was last seen in the movie Ki&Ka in 2016. She joined politics and is a member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha.
