I love legal dramas, the plot, the twists, the adrenaline rush and the mystery unfolding. Mickey Haller, is all set to have us wrapped in his courtroom drama in The Lincoln Lawyer Season 2.
This Season is an adaptation of the fourth book in Connelly’s series, The Fifth Witness. The series has been released in 2 parts, one that premiered on 6th July and the 2nd part on 3rd August.
Mickey gets together with Lisa, a restaurant owner and as they say, the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, Lisa has Mickey enchanted by her. When he discovers she is facing legal trouble, he decides to take on her case. As the story proceeds, she is charged with murder and our hero, the charming Lincoln Lawyer is fully emerged in helping her out.
What I love in this series is Lorna, the dedicated assistant who is studying law. She is passionate about her job and the entire team leave no stone unturned to solve a case. The cast in this show have played their parts well and for me, there wasn’t a dull moment in this series.
I am eagerly waiting for the 2nd part. Streaming on Netflix, this series had me hooked. The last episode had Mickey beaten up in the car park, what is the twist????
