Actress Shefali Shah has joined the cast of upcoming film Doctor G. The film also stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead role. The film is helmed by Anurag Kahyap’s sister Anubhuti Kashyap and will mark her debut film.
Shefali Shah made an announcement of the same on her official Instagram handle and wrote, “Very very thrilled and excited to be a part of Doctor G. The three actors will share screen space together for the first time. In the picture, Shefali will play a role of senior doctor Dr. Nandini. While, Ayushmann will be playing the role of Dr Uday Gupta and Rakul will be seen as a medical student, Dr Fatima in the film. The film is written by Sumit Saxena, Vishal Wagh and Saurabh Bharat and bankrolled by Junglee pictures.
