Alia Bhatt’s chiffon sarees, her thumkas, her acting and her stance in the movie RARKPK has us all awe-struck. Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Katha is Alia’s 8th hit film to join the Rs. 100 crore club.
The other movies that have crossed the Rs. 100 crore mark are 2 States, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Raazi, Gully Boy, Gangubai Kathiawadi, RRR and Brahmastra part one; Shiva. All these movies have added to Alia’s crown.
Alia has proved her mettle in the film industry and now falls in second place only to Deepika Padukone who has nine films in the Rs. 100cr club.
Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani is the sixth Hindi film to hit a century at the box office in 2023. Taran Adarsh, the trade analyst has pointed out that the success of this movie is a testament that we need no holidays or festivals, to get the ticket counter buzzing, all the audience need is a good script and engaging content.
