One of the top K-Pop bands of South Korea, BLACKPINK reaches another milestone by breaking followers’ record on Spotify. With this record, BLACKPINK becomes the only girl band in the world to reach over 20 million followers on Spotify. Also, the band has more than 16 million monthly listeners.
On March 15, YG Entertainment announced and congratulated the girls for ‘the World’s first and highest record for a girls band’ in the streaming service.
In addition to this, the music album “How you like that” by BLACKPINK hits 800 million views on YouTube.
Debuted in 2016, BLACKPINK has broken various records in their music career. Each member writes and produces their own songs.
