After Akshay Kumar tested positive for Covid -19 earlier this week, Jacqueline Fernandez who is one of the lead actress of the film Ram Setu, has tested negative for the novel corona virus.
As per the reports, after actor Akshay Kumar and 45 incoming junior artists who were tested positive with novel corona virus the entire team of the film underwent a covid-19 test.
Jacqueline Fernandez went into isolation as a safety measure after Akshay was diagnosed with the virus. She took RT-PCR test twice but was tested negative in both rounds.
Earlier this week, actor Akshay Kumar has been hospitalized as a precautionary measure in Hiranandani Hospital in Mumbai. Taking to twitter he wrote, “Thank you everyone for all your warm wishes and prayers, they seem to be working. I am doing fine, but as a precautionary measure under medical advice, I have been hospitalized. I hope to be back home soon. Take care.”
On Monday (April 5) 100 new crew members were supposed to join the sets of Ram Setu in Madh Island, but unfortunately before joining the set of the film out of total 100, as many as 45 of incoming crew members were tested positive and as of now the film shoot is on halt.
In action-adventure drama movie Ram Setu, actress Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha will be seen in the lead along with Akshay Kumar. The movie is directed by Abhishek Sharma.
