Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha has turned a year older today, June 22. The director is celebrating his 56th birthday today, on the occasion actor Ayushmann Khurrana and Taapsee Pannu sent him warm birthday wishes, taking it to social media.
Ayushmann took to his Instagram stories and shared a throwback picture of himself and Anubhav from the sets of Article 15 and wrote, “Happy Birthday @anubhavsinha sir! Zindabaad to many more path breaking stories and concepts.”
Ayushmann Khurrana has worked with Anubhav Sinha in two films, Article 15 in 2019 and Anek, which is yet to be released.
Actress Taapsee Pannu too took to her Instagram stories to penned a birthday wish for the director. She wrote, “To the man who can proudly say that age is working for him! Happy birthday, sirji! Zindabad!”
Taapsee Pannu has worked with Anubhav Sinha in two films – Thappad and Mulk. The films got released in 2020 and 2018 respectively.
About Anubhav Sinha
Anubhav was an engineer for two years in New Delhi before he began working as an assistant director to Pankaj Parashar in Hindi films. In 1994, he became an independent filmmaker for television. Later he went on to direct films like Tum Bin, Dus, Ra. One, Mulk, Article 15 and Thappad.
Anubhav’s upcoming projects include Anek and Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai.
