Deepika Padukone shares mental health helpline numbers, says we are together in covid-19 crisis

Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone took to social media on Sunday and shared a list of verified mental health help lines with their contact details. She highlighted the significance of mental and emotional health during the ongoing pandemic. The actress shared the details of 12 foundations on her official Instagram handle. 

She captioned her post as, “As millions of us (me and my family included) strive to stay afloat, let us not forget that our emotional well-being in this current crisis, is equally important! Remember, you are not alone. We are in this together. And most importantly, there is hope! #YouAreNotAlone @tillfoundation.”

In April 2020, Deepika along with her actor husband Ranvver Singh contributed an undisclosed amount to the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations (PM-CARES) fund for Covid-19 relief. They released a statement on social media stating, “In times like these, every bit counts. We humbly pledge to contribute to the PM-CARES FUND and hope that you will too. We are all in this together, and we shall overcome. Jai Hind. Deepika and Ranveer.”

On the professional front, Deepika Padukone will be seen in multiple projects. She has movies like ‘Fighter’, ‘The Intern’, ‘83’, ‘Sanki’, ‘Pathan’, ‘Baiju Bawra’ in the pipeline. She will also be seen in Shakun Batra’s untitled next also starring Ananya Pandey and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
