The world of Bollywood stops for no one. As shootings have resumed, the film industry is back on its toes. Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan have now joined the cast of Bollywood remake ‘Vikram Vedha’. They will be seen in lead roles. Filmmaker duo Pushkar and Gayatri’s 2017 Tamil crime thriller ‘Vikram Vedha’ originally starred actors Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles.

The film is planned to release in September 2022. The movie was originally produced by Sashikanth of YNot Studios. The film is being remade in Hindi by filmmaker Neeraj Pandey under his company Friday Filmworks, in association with Reliance Entertainment and YNot Studios. The film hasn’t started shooting yet. The original 2017 thriller bagged four Filmfare South awards under the categories Best Director- Tamil (Pushkar-Gayathri), Best Actor- Tamil (Vijay Sethupathi), Best Male Playback Singer-Tamil (Anirudh Ravichander), and Critics’ Award for best Actor- South (R Madhavan).

It shows the story of a cop, Vikram, and gangster, Vedha. The movie will supposedly start shooting next month and be out by September 2022. Fans are excited to see what this superstar duo will add to the film.
