Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif has been contracted with novel corona virus. She is under home quarantine and taking the safety precautions.
Taking to her Instagram stories on Tuesday she wrote, “I have tested positive for Covid-19. Have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Requesting everyone who came in contact with me to get tested immediately too. Grateful for all your love and support. Please stay safe and take care.”
The actress is contracted with the virus a day later her rumored boyfriend Vicky Kaushal tested positive. On Monday, Vicky Kaushal stated, “Inspite of all care and precautions unfortunately, I have tested positive for Covid-19. Following all essential protocols, I am under quarantine, taking medication as prescribed by my doctor. I request all those who came in contact with me to immediately get tested. Take care and stay safe.”
Katrina Kaif will be seen in horror comedy titled Phone Bhoot also starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter. The film is directed by Gurmeet Singh and is slated to release this year.
Apart from this, the actress also has Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi. The action film also stars Akshay Kumar in the lead while Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh will be seen in cameo appearances. The film was set to release last year but got postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic and now is scheduled to release on April 30, 2021.
