Dawood Ibrahim is an interesting figure and we would all like to know more about him. The series, helmed by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, the storyline is based on the book from Dongri to Dubai.
Kay Kay Menon plays the role of Dawood’s father and Avinash Tiwary plays the underworld don. All set to premiere on the Amazon Prime Video, the series will explore the seedy neighbourhoods of post-independence Bombay and an earnest effort of a police officer to keep his family safe.
Created by Shujaat Saudagar and Resnil D’ Silva, the story and dialogues are written by Hussain Zaidi and Abbas Dalal. Ritesh Sidhwani, Kassim Jagmagia and Farhan Akhtar are the anchor to create this series.
