BTS recently shared their stories of the Pandemic ahead of their visit to the 76th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
RM said, “I used to chase after ideals, but now I focus on more realistic things. I picked up on reading again, which I’ve been putting off for the past 3 years (food for the mind). And in July 2020, I came up with a regular workout routine (food for the body). I started understanding and expanding certain sides of myself that I never thought to seek before (and this has impacted my music/work too). I’m not sure how these past two years will play into my future. But regardless, I read, exercise, and spend time in the studio again. I live on. C’est la vie.”
Jin revealed, “The most positive change that I’ve seen in my life through the past two years of the pandemic is that I learned to be relaxed. Before the pandemic, I was extremely busy and I would get easily frustrated over my packed schedule. I saw it as having too much to do in too short of a time. That hasn’t changed — I’m still busy and I still have a lot to do. But while struggling through the pandemic, I got to organize my thoughts a bit. Now it feels like I don’t have that weight on my shoulders anymore. I have a different mindset going in to do the same things. And that helps me tackle things with a smile on my face. I look forward to keeping this optimistic outlook on life. “Carry on!”
J-Hope spilt, “I tried to change with different styles, different hair colours, and the results gave me new energy and motivation for my day!”
V concluded, “It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to travel, but I go through the pictures I’ve taken and look forward to my future travels!”
