BTS is all set to release a new song, “Permission to Dance” next week. The song is co-written by British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran,
The tracklist of the upcoming physical CD version of “Butter,” unveiled on the septet’s official social media account. The CD includes two songs “Butter” and “Permission to Dance”. The summer number “Butter” is topping the Billboard Hot 100 chart for five straight weeks. “Permission to Dance” features BTS’s instrumental versions. The new CD single will hit shelves next Friday.
The K-pop band’s management agency Big Hit Music claimed that the new single penned by Ed Sheeran will be great. It is a song that “moves the rhythm in people’s hearts”.
Reportedly, Ed Sheeran wrote the song, along with high-profile producers. The producers are Steve Mac, Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid, and Jenna Andrews.
This marks the second project that Sheeran has collaborated with the seven-piece act, following “Make It Right” on the 2020 album “Map of the Soul: 7.”

the British singer said during a US radio interview last week that he wrote a song for BTS’ new record. Ever since the aforesaid statement, there has been considerable hype prior to the new release.
