Cho Yeo Jeong is a popular and established actress ever since she starred in Parasite. In a recent appearance on Coupang Play‘s SNL Korea (Saturday Night Live Korea), she revealed that she met Leonardo DiCaprio at the 92nd Academy Awards.
She was there with the cast of Parasite which won 4 awards. When she met Leonardo DiCaprio, she asked the classic question about whether he knew BTS. “Yeah, he caught me for a brief moment right before we went up to the stage to be awarded. He congratulated me on the win. I asked him if he knows BTS,” revealed Cho Yeo Jeong. To this, he replied, “He said he likes ‘Blood, Sweat, Tears.’”
She then added, “He asked for my number too so I recited it quickly before I had to leave.”
She revealed that Leonardo mistakenly called her famous Korean actress’s name, Youn Yeo Jung. However, this didn’t hinder their interaction. She said, “That’s when he called me Youn Yeo Jung. I think he got the names confused and thought I’m Yoon Yeo Jung. So I told him I’m Cho Yeo Jung and even taught him about the origins of my last name!”
That is when it was officially known that Leonardo Di Caprio is also a part of the BTS Army!
