A first-look photo for the psychosexual thriller On The Edge, which will make its global premiere at Frightfest Halloween, has been published by the Soska Sisters. Jen and Sylvia Soska are the directors.
Aramis Sartorio’s portrayal of Peter, a family guy, in a first-look image reveals that his encounter with the cruel Mistress Satana ends up being more than he bargained for (Jen Soska). The 2012 slasher movie American Mary and their more recent remake of David Cronenberg’s Rabid helped the Soskas establish a reputation.
The Soska twins, who also share writing, directing, and producing responsibilities, are the stars of On the Edge, their sixth movie and third original production. In addition to Sartorio, the supporting cast also features Sylvia Soska as Claire, Mackenzie Gray as Senator Coleman, Andrea Jin as the maid, Brianne Finn-Morris as Tori, Alanna Finn-Morris as Chloe, and Ivan Decker as the newscaster. Sophie Buddle plays Kaitlyn.
Along with Glenn Burchnall of Cathasaigh Productions, Luna Wolf of Disturbia Films, and Kevvy of GothMamba Productions, the Soskas produced the movie. After the 2019 premiere of Rabid, the Soska Sisters will be back in London’s Leicester Square for the global premiere of On the Edge at FrightFest Halloween.
