According to accounts, the event took place off the coast of Brazil’s Rio Grande do Sul. “Wanted to assault me,” reads the original video’s on-screen text. Some internet users speculated that the creature was a large seal.

Many objects in our planet’s deep oceans are unknown to explorers. The unknown washes up on a beach every now and again, or is seen on high-tech cameras.

While many of them turn out to be known species, their physical characteristics and appearance perplex researchers and experts. Something similar was recently captured on camera. A video circulating on social media shows a fisherman accelerating his speed boat to maximum speed in an attempt to flee a mystery sea monster with luminous eyes. The terrifying sight was captured by an anonymous fisherman off the coast of Brazil’s Rio Grande do Sul.

The unnamed monster, which looks to be skinny, long, and black, continually leaps from the water as it pursues the rushing fisherman on the boat.

It jumps out of the water twelve times while chasing the speed boat throughout the chase. The two light specks in the footage look to be its eyes, however this is unconfirmed. Many people on social media said that the eyes were glistening due to light reflection.

After being beaten back by the speedboat’s slipstream, it ultimately quits up the chase. Many people on social media have expressed their shock. However, some speculated that it was most likely a seal. Seals can swim at speeds of up to 35 kilometers per hour. This thing looked to be travelling more quickly.

Last year, deep-sea film left viewers perplexed as it revealed an unknown organism morphing 3,700 feet below the surface.

The thing appeared to be a xenomorph (the otherworldly creature made famous by James Cameron and Ridley Scott from the ‘Alien’ film trilogy) or a monster from an old arcade game that gamers usually shoot.

It floats for around 40 seconds before suddenly contracting into a little black ball. It expanded up and became somewhat elongated, resembling the top of a lemon squeezer, after a few seconds.

The footage was shot by a ROV (remotely operated vehicle) at a depth of 3753 feet in the Indian Ocean, according to sources. However, at the conclusion of the video, the creature is seen being entangled in the thruster output from the ROV.
