The phases of lockdown and the vaccination drive has helped in the decline of the corona cases in the country. Therefore state wise unlock phase has begun. But the decline in the case and unlock does not mean that the virus has gone, therefore it is important to keep the safety at first. As the unlocking has begun and the work place, restaurants, Gardens, essential shopping and traveling of public has started in such case it is important to take care of yourself and make sure to intake the safety habits to fight against corona virus.
- Wear A Mask
First thing first mask is very important. Whenever you step outside your house make sure you wear a mask. If you are using a cloth mask and stepping out, then remember to wash it with warm water and then wear it again.
- Sanitizer
Sanitizing your hands is very important. Isopropyl Alcohol-based sanitizers are recommended that has good percentage of isopropyl alcohol in it. Sanitizing hands is important in every 10 minutes. You can also wear gloves when stepping outside so that you can avoid yourself from touching anywhere outside.
- Washing Hands
Try washing hands once you come back home for at least 20 seconds or outside where ever possible. As washing hands actually wash away all the germs and it’s clearly a better option, then sanitization.
- Avoid Going Outside
Try not to step out unless and until really important. It is important to stay home even post lockdown because going outside can still bring the chances of getting corona virus. If you are going out to buy vegetables or groceries try coming back as soon as possible and avoid touching anywhere.
- Avoid public transport
Try to avoid public transport take an auto or taxi, and if you don’t have any other option rather than using public transport then try to keep social distancing as it might reduce the chances of coming in direct contact with anyone.
Covid has just decreased and not gone completely, remember our safety is our family’s safety. Therefore it is important to follow all the government guidelines. Make all this five things your daily habit as its majorly important for you to be safe.
