Jaya Bachchan is typically the one to reprimand people when she declines to have her photo taken. But when she most recently went to a Durga puja pandal in Juhu, Mumbai, it was the opposite. In joking, Kajol reprimanded Jaya and forced the seasoned actor to take off her disguise for the festivities’ photos.
An Instagram paparazzo account posted a video of the event. Choosing to keep her face mask on, Jaya welcomed Kajol. The Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham co-star was instructed to take off her mask by Kajol, who waved her finger at Jaya in the process. Jaya gave in as well, and the two giggled as they posed for a few group shots for the photographers. After a little while, Jaya announced that she was going to reapply her mask.
In the group photo were a number of other well-known actors from the Hindi cinema industry. In the photo were Mouni Roy, Kajol’s mother Tanuja, sister Tanishaa Mukerji, cousins Rani and Ayan Mukerji, and Kajol.
When she visits puja pandals, Kajol is frequently spotted in a different setting. She and Tanishaa were once seen having a lighthearted quarrel, and Tanuja had to tell her girls to be quiet as a result. Another time, she gave Raja Mukerji, the cousin and brother of Rani, the middle finger flip.
Every year, the actor holds a lavish Durga Puja celebration. Yug, who provided food to the worshippers at the pandal on Sunday, accompanied her this time. He is her and Ajay Devgn’s kid. When Yug was serving customers, Kajol accompanied him while carrying a big dish of food.
Additionally, Rani Mukerji paid a call on Sunday night and posed for photos with comic Sumona Chakravarti. On Monday, Ranbir Kapoor also went to the pandal and took selfies with Mouni Roy and director Ayan Mukerji of the film Brahmastra.
