Actress Kangana Ranaut on Friday took twitter to pay tribute to writer-director Sai Paranjpye on her 83rd birthday. Sharing a picture of writer-director she wrote, “There are many lost heroes of Cinema who media conveniently forgets… Today is the birth anniversary of one such hero one of the first women writer and director Sai Paranjypeji who made exceptional cinema like Sparsh and Chasme Baddoor. Wishing you a very happy birthday ma’am”.
Kangana Ranaut is busy shooting for her next film, ‘Tejas’ in Rajasthan. She recently wrapped up the Delhi Schedule of the film. Sharing a picture from the sets on Thursday, the actress tweeted, “This morning off to work, thank you team #Tejas for saving the hassle of long drives, while I took at this terrain, I wonder Rajasthan got a raw deal in terms of nature and it’s resources yet they emerged as the strongest, culturally and aesthetically richest and evolved people”. She also shared on location photographs.
Meanwhile, the actress also tweeted on #RippedJeansTwitter trend after the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Tirath Singh Rawat’s latest comment on fashion trend created uproar on social media.
Kangana shared the pictures of her in ripped jeans and wrote, “If you want to wear ripped jeans make sure coolness quotient is of this magnitude as in these pictures, so that it looks like your style not your state a homeless beggar who hasn’t got allowance from parents this month, most young people look like that these days #RippedJeansTwitter.”
