Recently, an old video has surfaced, which shows Karan ‘admitting’ that he has a hand in sabotaging Anushka Sharma’s career. He has been facing a lot of criticism on social media. Another factor leading to all this negative talk was Priyanka Chopra’s comment on being sidelined in Bollywood.
Taking to Instagram, KJO shared a post on Saturday on his Insta story that stated, “Laga lo ilzam, hum jhukne waaloon mein se nahi…jhoot ka ban jao Ghulam…hum boolne waalon mein se nahi..jitna neecha dikhaoge…jitna aarop lagaoge…hum girne waalon mein se nahin….humara karam humari Vijay hai…aap utha lo talvaar…hum marne waloon mein se nahi..(State the allegations, I’m not among those that will bow down/ become a slave to lies, I won’t say anything/ however much you try to slander and show me in a bad light, I will not fall/ mu goodness is my victory/ you can use any swords, I will not die.)”
The Anushka Sharma video went viral soon after Priyanka’s podcast chat on the reasons she quit Bollywood. The actress felt revealed she felt cornered in Bollywood as she ‘had beef’ with certain individuals in the industry.
However at the recent Nita Mukesh Ambani event, Priyanka and Nick were seen greeting Karan warmly and there seemed to be no bad blood there.
Kangana Ranaut had also shared Priyanka’s video and accused Karan of ‘harassing vulnerable outsiders.’ She blatantly tweeted, “This obnoxious, jealous, mean and toxic person should be held accountable for ruining the culture and environment of the film industry which was never hostile to outsiders in the days of AB or SRK. His gang and mafia PR should be raided and held accountable for harassing outsiders.”
