Kareena Kapoor Khan is shooting for Rohit Shetty’s upcoming Singham Again. This is the third installment of the super-hit franchise and the movie is set to hit the theatres in 2024, on the Independence Day. It will face a clash with Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2.’
Singham released in 2011 and was followed by ‘Singham Returns’ in 2014. Taking to Instagram, Rohit shared the first look poster and captioned it, “Meet the strength behind Singham… Avni Bajirao Singham…”. Kareena and Rohit have worked on numerous projects previously and he writes, “We first worked together in 2007…3 blockbusters till now Golmaal Returns… Golmaal 3, Singham Returns..and now working on our fourth project…Singham Again..16 year long assaociation.. Nothing has changed, Bebo is still the same, simple, sweet and hardworking.”
This movie is being hailed as India’s biggest cop universe picture and will star Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone as police officers. A lot of effort has been put to the script and action sequences. Ajay is the central protagonist, Ranveer plays a crucial catalyst in the movie and Akshay makes a brief cameo.
