Soon after her wedding, Katrina got busy with working on her movie ‘Merry Christmas’ in December 2021. Katrina had shared, “I’ve always wanted to work with Sriram Sir, he is a master when it comes to narratives that showcase thrillers and it’s an honor to be directed by him. Super excited to be teaming up with Vijay Sethupathi.”
Katrina and South superstar Vijay Sethupathi were spotted zooming around the streets of South Mumbai to shoot a segment of their movie. The two were dressed in full costume and were seen in the back of a taxi. After completing the Mumbai schedule, they are expected to visit Pune for the rest of the shoot.
The movie was earlier scheduled to release on December 23rd but the same has been rescheduled. It’s been postponed to 2023. This psychological thriller would clash at the box office with the Tiger Shroff starrer Ganapath and Ranveer Singh’s Cirkus.
Katrina Kaif is also working on ‘Tiger 3’ along with Salman Khan and this will be action thriller. She is also a part of Farhan Akhtar’s next directorial ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ along with Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra.
