Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif confirmed on Saturday, April 17 that she has been tested negative for the novel corona virus. She shared an absolute bright picture with all smiles in a yellow outfit on Instagram and shared the news with her fans and well wishers.
She captioned it as, “Negative” and later thanked all the people who checked upon her during her quarantine time. She wrote, “Everyone who checked up on me thank you, it was really sweet, felt a lot of (dropped a heart emoji).”
Earlier this month, she was tested positive for the deadly virus and she took to Instagram stories and wrote, “I have tested positive for Covid-19. Have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Requesting everyone who came in contact with me to get tested immediately too. Grateful for all your love and support. Please stay safe and take care.”
On the professional front, Katrina Kaif will be seen in horror comedy titled Phone Bhoot also starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter. The film is directed by Gurmeet Singh and is slated to release to release this year.
Apart from this, the actress also has Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi. The action film also stars Akshay Kumar in the lead while Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh will be seen in cameo appearances. The film was set to release last year but got postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic and now is scheduled to release on April 30, 2021.
