Kim Seon Ho has been removed from various advertisements and contracts. However, he was recast in a few advertisements. On November 1 KST, media outlet OSEN held a phone call with online shopping mall brand 11st regarding the advertisements of Kim Seon Ho.
They gave a statement, “The newly released advertisement is a video that was filmed in early October. It is not for us to judge or comment on the stories that are being revealed continuously. Kim Seon Ho signed a model contract with us in April and faithfully fulfilled his duties. He made an official apology and received an official apology from the person who started the controversy. So we as a brand have decided to resume Kim Seon Ho’s advertising actives as our brand’s model.’
When asked about whether this advertisement could be removed due to more complications and controversies, the company gave a prompt reply. They stated, “As of now, we have resumed the advertisements because they have come to an agreement that there won’t be any more controversy regarding this. But because the future is unpredictable, there is nothing we can say about it now.”
This comes as a piece of positive news for Kim’s fans as he has been facing a tough time ever since he got caught up in his controversy.
