Forbes publishes a list called ‘Forbes Under 30 Asia’ every year. This time’s list had some fan favorites! This list mentions upcoming stars from all over the world and this time some of our favorite koreans were on the list.
- Hwasa [MAMAMOO]
The article did not just mention Hwasa’s achievements as a party of MAMAMOO but also her numerous solo wins. This year, she released a single ‘Maria’ and went on to become the first Korean Female soloist to get number one on the U.S. iTunes Albums Charts.
- Bae Suzy
The article talked about her acting journey from her debut to her drama ‘Start Up’. It also mentioned how she is the second most popular Korean actress on Instagram.
- IU
Forbes’ article tried to fit all of IU’s achievements. She isn’t just the most followed soloist in Korea on Instagram but she also topped the Billboard‘s World Digital Song Sales chart.
- Nam Joo Hyuk
He is known for starring in popular dramas: ‘Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo’ and The School Nurse Flies. Nam Joo Hyuk has also won the Best actor award in various korean award shows.

Jackson Wang is not just a kpop idol but he is also an entrepreneur. He is a member of the band, GOT7. He recently released a single titled LMLY and he also runs a fashion label ‘Team Wang Design’
