Experts believe stress and lifestyle changes might be main causes of heart attacks in young people after actor and Bigg Boss winner Sidharth Shukla’s untimely demise.

Sidharth Shukla, a former Bigg Boss contestant, died on September 2. An apparent heart attack claimed the actor’s life. physicians warned that stress and lifestyle changes might cause a heart attack in young individuals after his untimely death at the age of 40.

There is a clear relationship between mental health and cardiac arrest-related mortality. People neglect their mental health in favour of focusing solely on their bodily well-being. It’s also important to think about your family’s history. At this age, it is necessary to get regular checks. Since a few years, more Indians have died young from cardiac arrest; individuals need to sit and talk with friends and family members; social isolation also leads to mental and physical stress, which is a major contributor to heart disease.

Heart attacks among young people are a big problem in our society for a variety of reasons. These patients have no significant symptoms prior to a heart attack, and they also have no significant risk factors. The genetic formation is one of the explanations.
