As the second wave of novel corona virus is hitting hard on India and the death rate increases with the rise in the cases, Bollywood senior actresses Madhuri Dixit penned a heartfelt not on social media on Sunday.
The 53 year old actress took to twitter and reacted on the current situation of Covid-19 in India and how badly it is affecting us yet again. She tweeted, “It is heartbreaking to see the pandemic taking over our lives yet again. We can only get through this with each other’s support. Requesting you all to follow the guidelines and take care of your loved ones. My humble gratitude to our frontline workers for their selfless service.”
Currently, Maharashtra is the worst affected state in the country. The state Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray announced a strict ‘Janta Curfew’ in the state on April 13 to break the chain of the deadly virus. The curfew has been imposed from 8pm on April 14 and remains imposed till 7am on May 1.
Meanwhile, new covid-19 cases in the Maharashtra state recorded a high spike of 67,123 on Saturday, while death count was 419, the second highest so far.
Talking about the professional front, Madhuri Dixit is currently seen as a judge of Dance reality show ‘Dance Deewane 3’ along with Tushar and Dharmesh Yelande as co-judges and Raghav Juyal as a host.
