Singer Shreya Ghoshal is getting pampered by her friends as she is expecting her first child. On Sunday, she received a special surprise of virtual baby shower from her friends amid the lockdown in Maharashtra.
In the pictures, she is seen glowing as she is seen holding a ‘Mommy to be’ card and wore ‘Mom To Be’ sash with a platter of food kept in front of her.
Mom-to-be Shreya Ghoshal took to her official Instagram account and treated her fans with bunch of pictures from her baby shower and wrote, “When friends decide to pamper you even from a distance. Online surprise baby shower from my cutest ‘Baawris’. Everyone cooked something, or made something handmade, sent in a platter, plenty fun and games.. How lucky am I! Wish the times were different and no lockdown/curfew were here. Missing meeting my girls. @moitrasarada @sharivanaik @kaushiki_sings @saiyami @rush2mee #IndraniDi @moitrashantanu @shiladitya.”
In 2015, Shreya got married to her childhood friend Shiladitya Mukhopadhyaya in traditional Bengali ceremony after dating him for almost 10 years. In March this year, she announced that she with husband Shiladitya is expecting their first child.
She took to her Instagram to share the news with fans and well wishers and wrote, “Baby #Shreyaditya is on its way! @shiladitya and me are thrilled to share this news with you all. Need all your love and blessings as we prepare ourselves for this new chapter in our lives.”
