On June 8, Marvel Studios’ first onscreen Muslim hero, ‘Ms Marvel,’ will premiere on Disney Plus. Iman Vellani plays as Kamala Khan, nicknamed Ms Marvel, a Muslim American adolescent growing up in Jersey City, in the first teaser for the series.
