Billu Champat, Ajay Jadhav’s role in Sony SAB’s Maddam Sir, became an immediate hit. Maddam Sir, produced by Sony SAB, is one of the most fun and lighthearted shows on television. So far, the program has received a lot of appreciation for its fantastic content. Maddam Sir has a fantastic cast of performers that are very fantastic at portraying their roles.

One of them is Ajay Jadhav, who plays Billu Champat in the show. The actor plays a thief-turned-spy in the program who prefers to live in jail since he has nowhere else to go. He does, however, frequently assist his police colleagues in solving crimes by acting as a snitch on criminals.

“Jiske peeche padjaaye, unke muh se nikle haay haay, I’m Billu the Spy,” he says in a catchphrase that has grown extremely popular among spectators.

I was employed as a one- or two-day artist when I was summoned for the program. I’ve put in a lot of effort, and I’m more interested in the depth of my character than the length. That is what has got me to this point. My character received a lot of positive feedback from viewers, so the channel and the production team opted to keep him in the show.

I’m a member of the Marathi theatre community. In 1990, I performed my first performance in a school play. I received a consolation prize as well as other incentives at the time. I competed in the Mumbai University competition and won first place for Best Actor. My adventure began there, and I went on to perform in other productions. I quit the Marathi business in 2005 and sought to focus on the Hindi industry. Gajraj Rao and I collaborated on numerous advertisements. Taxi No. 9211, my first Hindi film, came out around that time. In the Hindi film business, I continued to work on advertisements and films. Because I didn’t want to get into daily soaps, I didn’t do many of them.

Ajay has worked on films such as Shamitabh, Bhootnath Returns, Ittefaq, and others.
