Actor Sanya Malhotra starrer ‘Pagglait’ released on Netflix on Friday (March 26). The movie before its release has been released on various piracy websites.
After the theatres releases, now the films and TV shows on OTT platform have also become the targets of the piracy websites. This is not the first time that the piracy website leaked a film or a series.
Despite the several actions taken against piracy sites, the team behind the site appears with a new domain every time and runs the pirated version of the movies.
‘Pagglait’ is a story of a young widow who recently lost her husband. But even after that she tries to build her identity which gives rise to some hilarious events as her family members are trying to control her. “When women become wise, the world calls them mad”, is one of her dialogues from the movie.
Talking about the movie, Sanya previously said, “So thrilled to announce this film which is very close to my heart on my special day. I essay the role of Sandhya, a character very different from what I have previously portrayed on-screen. My Pagglait journey was Pagglait indeed- and I can’t wait for the world to witness this unique story very soon.”
The movie is directed and written by Umesh Bist and also features Sayani Gupta, Ashutosh Rana and Aasif Khan.
