The beautiful and sweet actress who has also aced her mamy previous characters such as ‘Sanchi’ in Ek Rishta Saajhedari Ka is Indian TV’s very own sweetheart. Adding another feather to her already talented cap, Shivya has now done the extraordinary by playing more than 16 different roops of the Devi in her on going show Baal Shiv.
She relays her experience shooting for such a diverse role saying, “It was surely a challenge but a good one at that. As I am myself a Beliver of Devi,it is indeed a Blessing that I am unable to put in words..Changing yourself to mold in various roles is what acting is all about but when one role demands so many faces, the actor has to up their game. I had a lot of fun while emulating these avatars of the Devi. I feel as an actor, the quality of versatility is blessing as it requires voice moulding,body language change and a different way to perform while being in the limitations of always keeping in mind that you are portraying a Goddess..I hope the people appreciate my efforts and enjoy thoroughly.”
