Actress Shlokka Pandit is going through a tough time after losing her driver suddenly. The actress has decided to support his family in every way possible. She also informed that her driver had been working for the family since she was six.
Recalling the time she spent with him, Shlokka said, “Ali Bhai was a part of our family. He had taken so much care of me. He would always ask if I had food and how my day was going. It was super safe to be around and would be there at all odd hours too. He was very close to us.”
Shlokka’s driver passed away earlier this month after complaining of uneasiness and later it was found to be a deadly infection in his pancreas.
The Hello Charlie actress recalled the unfortunate incident and said, “He felt uneasy in the evening, so he was sent home. Then his family took him to the hospital and the next day we hear that he is no more. It was a shock. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. His family is now ours and we would take care of them by all means.”
“It was a big blow to us, and he was just 49. My mother also sent some things after his demise, though we like to be low-key about it. But we will make sure we provide them with anything they need, including monetary aid as well. I will also help his son get placed because he is educated. We will help them in whatever way we can. And just be there with them,” she says.
