We all wish for that perfect life, for the change that we want in our lives to happen but ROME WAS NOT BUILT IN A DAY! We all need to be determined and show perseverance, when things don’t go our way.

One might not achieve the goals one sets instantly, but small steps, take us closer to the life we dream of. Here are some small things we can incorporate in our day to day lives;

  1. SET CLEAR GOALS

Set clear, specific, time-bound relevant goals. Write these down, so there is no confusion. Prioritize your goals according to what is most important for you.

  1. TIME MANANAGEMENT

Set daily and weekly schedules, and make a realistic schedule. Make sure it’s not all about work, please include leisure and fun, this keeps the motivation level high.

  1. LESSER DISTRACTIONS

Spend time in worth-while activities. Read, exercise, hear a good podcast. Its vital to reduce the distractions like mindless strolling the net or any other non -essential activity.

  1. HEALTH IS WEALTH

Keep yourself the priority. Nothing can replace a healthy body and a healthy mind. Proper food, stress management, regular exercise and fresh air, these are all vital to our health. In the daily buzz of life, never forget that, if you are healthy in body and mind, your efficiency will be better.

  1. A GOOD FINANCIAL PLAN

If your goals involve money, create a budget and savings plan. Also, keep in mind unforeseen expenditures.

  1. CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY

If you don’t keep up the consistent effort, the lag will catch up. Challenges arise, each day cannot be as productive as the other, but let’s all try and be steady in our endeavour.
