I love Sonam Kapoor for her sense of fashion and style. She does know how to make heads turn! A reception was hosted at 10 Downing Street to celebrate India Global Forum’s UK India week, last Wednesday by UK Prime Minister Rishi Sanuk.
Styled by sister Rhea Kapoor, Sonam wore a light green floral saree by Rohit Bal and how did she add the English touch?? She wore a white overcoat on it. Sharing her pictures on Instagram, Sonam captioned the post, “Representing in@rohitbalofficial for the reception at 10 Downing Street to celebrate UK India week. What a beautiful day and so happy I got to wear a saree in the gorgeous London summer.”
The official Twitter handle of the UK Prime Minister shared a few pictures from the reception. The discussions were mostly around business, culture, cricket and innovation. The UK-India week is the 5th iteration of the IGF’s flagship event, a weeklong programme from June 26 till 30th. The purpose is to honour and strengthen the longstanding partnership between these two countries by providing a platform to highlight crucial topics for growth and mutual benefits.
