Not only Taapsee Pannu but Income Tax raids were also conducted at filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s properties.
The news is rife in the media about the raids being conducted.
Now for the first time she has come forward and reacted to the raids conducted on her.
In a series of 3 tweets, on her social networking account, she wrote,
‘3 days of intense search of 3 things primarily
- The keys of the “alleged” bungalow that I apparently own in Paris. Because summer holidays are around the corner’
‘2. The “alleged” receipt worth 5 crores to frame n keep for future pitching coz I’ve been refused that money before’
With a folded hands emoticon she also tweeted,
- My memory of 2013 raid that happened with me according to our honourable finance minister (folded hands)
