Tamil Bigg Boss season 3 contestant and actress Sherin Shringar has been tested positive for Covid-19. The actress took to social media and informed her fans about the same and also urged people who came in contact with her to isolate themselves. Currently, Sherin is under home quarantine.
On Tuesday, August 17, Sherin Shringar took to Instagram to inform her fans and followers that she has been tested positive for the deadly virus. The actress also added that she has no clue about how she contracted the virus and urged everyone to stay safe.
She captioned the photo, “Don’t know where I picked it up from but plz isolate, test, and stay safe. Thank you!” In a video shared, she said, “I don’t have any symptoms. Doctors said that chances are less that I could have infected others. But, still, I would suggest people who met me in Pondicherry and the airport isolate themselves and get tested. Please don’t meet anyone for a few days.”

Sherin Shringar started her career in Kannada films. However, it was her Tamil debut flick, Thulluvadho Ilamai, that lead her to fame. She then concentrated on her career in the Tamil film industry and did several movies including, Kovilpatti Veeralakshmi, Whistle, Bheema,Urchagam, and Poova Thalaiya.
After 2015, she took a break from films. Sherin was one of the contestants in Bigg Boss Tamil 3.
