Anupama actress Rupali Ganguly and Aashish Mehrotra have been tested Covid-19 positive. The two are currently in home quarantine. The two actors are currently seen on the show Anupama portraying the character of Anupamaa and Paritosh.
As per the reports, Rupali Ganguly is under home quarantine and her family also got tested and their results are awaited. Taking to Instagram, the actress shared the news and wrote, “Ma Corona Devi, Tu hai ki nahiiii (mild to asymptomatic), Ye kya hua kaise hua, Jab hua tab hua… Chodo ye na pooch… This is the kind of positive I didn’t want to be.”
Later in the post, she added, “Take care and stay safe everyone and keep showering your love on my family and Anupama family. Sorry for letting u and Rudra down @ashwinkverma and the entire unit down @rajan.shahi.543 despitue you taking all the precautions- pata nahi kaha se ho gaya… Have quarantined myself away from my family and other humans.”
She later informed that family and entire unit is getting tested and wrote, “Family has been tested and awaiting results… please keep them in your prayers. Unit is getting tested too as I write this… please send out a lot of love, healing and prayers for my family and for my Anupamaa family.”
Aashish Mehrotra, who plays the role of on-screen son of Rupali has also been tested positive and is under home quarantine.
In the entertainment industry, the novel corona virus cases are on spike. Recently, Priyal Mahajan, Aamr Upadhyay, Karan Jotwani have also been tested covid positive.
