Farhan Akhtar starrer film ‘Toofaan’ has already been the talk of town. Fans are highly-awaited to watch the film. This week the trailer of the film was released that left the audiences star struck, now the release of the first song Todun Taak has dazzled the netizens. Todun Taak is a rap song in which Farhan portrays the role of Ajju aka Aziz Ali. The song showcase the story of his life from gangster in Dongri to National level boxing champion.
The audience will get to see the transformation of Ajju into Aziz Ali with the help of his coach the role played by Paresh Rawal in the song. Actress Mrunal Thakur will be seen as Aziz Ali girlfriend in the film, and she will play a major role in supporting him in his life-altering transformation. The song ‘Todun Taak’ is in the vocals of D’Evil. The music is composed by Dub Sharma, and lyrics is penned by D’Evil. The song impressed the audience and might become the inspirational song for athletes.
Toofan has been in news since last year as earlier the film was going to get release in theatres, but due to amid Covid-19 pandemic, the film is set to release on the OTT platform. Farhan will be collaborating with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra once again, earlier he was seen in his directorial film Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. Fans are super ecxited to Farhan’s athlete avatar once again. The teaser of the film was out in March and ever since then the audience were highly-awaited to watch the film. Farhan’s starer ‘Toofan’ will be marking its release on Prime Video on July 16, 2021.
On work front Farhan will be seen in the upcoming film of Hitesh Bhatia directorial Sharmaji Namkeen and Gurmmeet Singh directorial Phone Bhoot.
